Nice and Proactive place to get your bike from. Really proactive staff from enquiry to delivery including finance and billing. They try to understand customer need in detail and then suggest hero product which is a really great service persona. Good to be their customer
Extremely cordial staff, great service. Specially Mr Murari, he runs the dealership very nicely. Every Hero product is available here. They provide good deals and handle service as well. The dealership comprises of 2 floors, the basement is the service bay and the first floor is the dealership. They recently organized a ride to respect the real heroes of our society, the doctors and frontline staff. Very nice experience.
Went here for buying a scooty (hero maestro edge 110)… Thr whole experience was really smooth… The person attending me was abha pandey and she really knows the business and thinks customer first…
The showroom is located on first floor and on the ground floor there is service center… So kind of all the services are provided under one roof only… So all in all one place at the end…
